A. Peter is always the first to answer questions in class. He studies a lot and usually gets high marks. However, he often speaks too much about his success and does not pay attention to others’ opinions. His classmates sometimes call him a real big-head.

B. Kate is very quiet and polite. She never raises her hand because she feels nervous in front of the whole class. Her friends often try to support her, but she still prefers to stay silent. She is a very shy character.

C. Tom enjoys every school party. He sings songs, tells jokes, and makes people laugh. His positive energy helps everybody to feel relaxed. Teachers and students say he is the life of the party.

D. Anna has beautiful long hair and big green eyes. When she came to the new school, many students noticed how attractive she was. She is also sociable, so it was easy for her to make new friends.

E. Nick always wants to decide everything himself. He often argues with others and gets angry when people do not agree with him. That is why his classmates think he is a real pain to spend time with.

F. My uncle is a down-to-earth man. He does not like noisy events but prefers quiet evenings at home or long walks. Relatives respect him for his calmness and ask him for practical advice.

G. Julia usually looks quiet, but when her friends are in trouble, she is ready to defend them. Once she protected a younger boy from older students, and everyone was surprised how brave she was.
